Each Electronic Notice Board maintains a permanent connection to our management services, allowing our systems to continuously check device health and operational status. Our engineers can perform remote upgrades and software fixes as well as remote restarts and full system power downs. Our maintenance and monitoring service is compulsory with the purchase of any of our Electronic Notice Board products and is charged annually per device. Included within this cost are software upgrades, ENB Content Management Server maintenance and hosting charges, Office hours telephone and email support.
